PTI lawyer’s request for hearing after Eid granted, hearing adjourned till May 10
ISLAMABAD: Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja during the hearing
on the occasion of PTI’s banned funding case said that protests outside the ECP
could not put pressure on us and we would take all decisions on merit.
On Wednesday, a three-member bench headed by the Chief Election Commissioner heard the case regarding PTI’s illicit foreign funding. On the occasion of the hearing,
the PTI lawyer read out the order of the Islamabad High Court and read out the decision to the Election Commission and requested the Commission to adjourn the case.

the Chief Election Commissioner directed the lawyer of Akbar S. Babar to give arguments, on which the lawyer of the petitioner Akbar S. Babar said that

Later, the Election Commission adjourned the hearing of the case till May 10. On this occasion,
